Every event is different and as such requires different types of service.
We are very flexible and always want to do what is best for the food,
your guests, your budget and the success of your event.
 

Full Service

For events with 50 or more guests we offer full service. For full service events there is a 20% catering fee. The catering fee includes professional catering staff to set up and service the food we are providing. Additional services for your event are available. Also included in the catering fee is linen for your food tables and equipment necessary to prepare and serve the food. Food is presented on decorative or designer dishes, platters and bowls. Local transportation is included in the catering fee for full service events.  For events with less than 50 guests we offer chef services and customized menus.

Delivery and Set Up

Delivery and set up is available for events that do not require staff on premise. A professional, courteous and knowledgeable member of our staff will deliver the food and set it up for you. The delivery charge varies based on the order, delivery time and location. Everything you need to eat and serve the food is included and it is all disposable!  If necessary, we can provide chafer, soup warmer, punch bowl and linen rental for an additional charge. Rented items can be returned to our facility the following business day or we can pick them up for an additional charge.

VIP Service

If you would like the visual perks of a full service event but you are comfortable managing without staff, we can provide VIP Service. VIP service is a customized option that typically includes a more extensive set up, linens, full service equipment,
possibly décor and clean up.
